| Go to My Computer Tools Folder Options |

| You Need to Tick On Show Hidden Files Remove Tick for Hide extensions and Hide protected |

| When Remove Hide Protected Tick You will receive a window like this and Click Yes |

If you haven't any photo or video taken by the phone,
we can't do this.
Open the Camera
Choose saving option to Memory Card
Then take a picture or video
After that Get your Data Cable and Connect to your mobile and choose "Removable Disk" or you can use a Memory Card Reader.
Open the Memory Chip In My Computer or Auto Play
Find the Hidden "System" Folder and Open it
Then Open "Cam" Folder
In this folder you can put your videos or pictures folder wise.
I used an option to play audio by converting into mp4 format.
You can use converter like Format Factory or any other
After adding files you can view from
Menu => Album => Memory Card
