How To Make Google Chrome to Fast Video Loading

Do you want to watch any video without stopping rapidly? 
Open the Googlechrome Browser. 
Type "about:plugins" without quotes in the url box. 
In the Right Side Upper Corner there has a Details Button, Click on it. I
n the list find out "pepflashplayer.dll" 
Disable it. 
Restart GoogleChrome. 
Watch your videos fast now..!
